MJS Energy is a fast-growing, dynamic company leading the way in the design and installation of renewable energy systems. Based in Presteigne on the Wales/England border, we operate nationwide – handling everything from small domestic installs to complex commercial projects.
We’re expanding and are on the lookout for a Qualified Heating Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll be working on the installation of:

Air source heat pumps

Ground source heat pumps
-
Biomass systems
-
Other renewable heating technologies
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
-
NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating

Experience in heating engineering
-
Willingness to work and lodge away when required
Desirable:
-
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating

A passion for sustainability and helping customers transition to greener energy sources

No experience in renewables? No problem — full training will be provided!

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Qualified Service Engineer to become part of our expert team.
Essential Qualifications
NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Heating – Level 2 (Required)
NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Heating – Level 3 (Desirable)
What You’ll Be Doing
Servicing and maintaining air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, biomass systems, and other renewable technologies.
What You Need
Experience in heating engineering
(No prior experience in renewable technologies required – full training provided)
A passion for sustainability and helping customers transition to greener energy sources
Prepared to work away and lodge overnight when required
